Spathiphyllum Picasso is an easy to grow variety with green and white foliage. They are a clumping plant and will get bigger and more lush over time. With each new baby plant that grows, the possibility for more variegation will come.

They prefer slightly moist but well drained soil, taking care not to overwater. Thriving in a well- lit position, protected from direct sunlight.

The variegation is completely random, the colours vary in each individual plant and can change as it grows, matures and grows new baby plants. This is unpredictable and specific variegation cannot be guaranteed. It's important to note that current variegation in no way guarantees future variegation.

This listing is sold as multi planted full plants in larger pots, as you can see most plants are variegated and usually the pups will be more variegated than the main plant.

We know its tempting to pull these apart to propagate but its not something that we recommend. The offsets are stronger when attached to the main plant, removing them will weaken them and possibly kill them. Leaving all the offsets attached to the main plant will produce an overall healthier and more beautiful plant.

Greener plants are healthier, grow faster and produce better offsets than white

If you're potting these into a larger pot we recommend popping it out of the current pot and putting it straight into a larger pot without disrupting the current rootball, disrupting the current roots will cause yellow leaves & it may drop leaves.

Any plants with all white new leaves may not live long term, unless they grow another leaf with green or produce pups with green leaves.

***Individually photographed plants will be sent exactly as pictured including any leaf damage and imperfections, please review the photos carefully***
***Taller plants with large leaves may incur some leaf damage & bruising during transit, we will pack with extreme care but this is sometimes unavoidable***
***We do our best to take accurate photos showing any damage but sometimes its unavoidable and cant be photographed***
***Plants in stock may be different once delivered, new leaf damage may have occurred or the plants may have grown, please use the photos as an indication ONLY***

Randomly selected plants will be chosen from other plants we have in stock - not pictured.

Our Magical Maxis range are grown in larger pots 175mm and for too big to fit in our regular packaging.

If you only have accessories in your cart, it will display rates for Parcel Post and Express Post, however if you have accessories + plants in your cart it will only show rates for Express Post.

Keyrings

We use untracked letters for posting keyrings, these are sent in a large letter using stamps so there is no way to track these deliveries.
We do give the option at the checkout to select a paid shipping option with tracking, including Parcel Post and Express Post.
Delivery timeframes for untracked letters are generally a few weeks but can take much longer to arrive.

The wait is over on cardboard box top

Every plant from Uprooted has been lovingly tended to and cared for, so of course we want to ensure that when it reaches you after its trip in the mail, it arrives in tip top condition. After months of researching and testing all types of packaging ideas and options, we have crafted an architectural plant packing system that will keep your plants snug, healthy and intact. Whilst typical packaging for online shopping relies heavily on bubble wrap or paper to keep items padded, when you’re sending plants the trick is actually to keep the plants in place so that they a) can’t get bumped around and b) their leaves stay as in tact as possible.

 Outside boxInside box from top

We use high quality boxes to protect your precious cargo

We use high grade cardboard for the packaging for not just the box on the exterior, but also within the walls to give it the box extra structural integrity – necessary for strengthening the outer shell! Each box has ample air space within it to ensure that the plant has access to oxygen and isn’t squeezed into place. The box is clearly marked “this side up” and “contains live plants” so that the postie knows how to handle your precious cargo

Plant stacked in packagingPlants unpacked

Your plant will arrive already in a pot

Each plant (with the exception of tube stock) will come in its own nursery pot eliminating the need for you to pot it up once you receive it – what a relief! This helps to keep the plant even healthier as it removes the stress from having its roots exposed. We carefully use plastic wrap, tape and tissue paper to ensure the dirt stays where it should (in the pot), and tissue paper around the leaves to gently protect them from the sides of the box

Plant one being snippedPlant 2 being snipped

When your plant arrives…

Ensure you delicately and carefully cut through any tape on the top and bottom of each box. Then hold the outside of the box, whilst pulling the inner layer of cardboard out so you can slide your plant safely out. And there you have it, your new brand new plant, ready to sit on a shelf or window sill!

We recommend leaving your new plant in its pot for a minimum of 2 weeks before repotting, this allows time to acclimatise to your home and reduce unnecessary stresses.

Not a review but question

Why is this plant not permitted in WA

This is based on the WA Biosecurity requirements, plants have to be listed on the WAOL [Western Australian Organism List] with a status of 'Permitted S11' for us to be able to send them to WA.

More impressive than pictured

Stunning out of the box and continues to thrive. Bought my Picasso just before Christmas and it arrived within days in immaculate condition. Plant had developed beautifully and thrown more white since the image on the website had been taken - but clearly the same plant I chose.

Package was a little beaten up but that happens in postage. Plants arrived happy and healthy as always.

I've brought many many plants from these guys and they're always gorgeous.

Fast delivery and healthy plant

I’m in love with this plant, Picasso peace Lilly have wanted one for as long as I can remember, finally decided to invest in it! Arrived within 2 days of purchase to Sydney and well packaged happy plant! It’s even prettier than in the photos with more growth and white leaves but it’s the same plant from pic of choice. So happy with it wish I lived closer to shop in store but wouldn’t hesitate buying online again. So many beautiful varieties of plants on their website to choose from too!
