What I appreciated was the great communication, the seller's friendliness and willingness to answer any queries, and the thorough packing and wrapping of my plants, which provided excellent protection for the plants. There are no words to describe how amazing this store is. I have ordered plants online a heap of times in the past & eventually gave up. I was sick of being disappointed & receiving below average plants.

Also, I'm not one to leave reviews, so for me to even be doing this, means something amazing has occurred!

Enter Uprooted. New house, newly single & stuck on the couch after back surgery, my bestie convinced me to try again. She stumbled onto Uprooted by accident.

I got carried away & ordered 11 plants! I did not have high hopes for them at all. Was more annoyed at myself for spending more money on probably struggling plants.

I could not have been more wrong! The plants arrived on my birthday. My sister was visiting, celebrating whilst stuck on the couch, when they were delivered. We received a tower of FIVE boxes! All taped & secured together beautifully, so there was no mistaking which way was up. Sis rushed to get the scissors & carefully opened the first box. It contained two of the most perfectly wrapped items - I’ve never seen anything like it. We both started squealing 🤣

There were two plants per box, both wrapped & packaged so meticulously, that all 11 plants were in perfect condition. None were damaged during transit, no soil was lost. The soil is secured in each pot with a moist tissue (brilliant) & then wrapped in a bag and then wrapped in paper.

I don’t think I have ever been more excited to open a parcel. My sister & I were both screaming like we did many moons ago on Xmas morning after Santa had been 🤣

Once we had them all lined up and had finished drooling over my new plants, I grabbed my phone & ordered again. Second parcel just as amazing. Sis has hinted at what a great idea they would be for Xmas gifts. She is not very subtle 🤣

Seriously I still can't get over the quality, size & awesomeness of each and every plant I have received so far. I have been telling anyone that will listen about my new obsession & becoming creative in ways to squeeze a few more into my home 🤣

You guys are the absolute best.
