Plant Concierge
Are you in WA, NT or TAS and need plant concierge?
We're now certified to send plants Australia Wide and we can also help to concierge plants that you've purchased elsewhere.
How it works
You buy a plant and have it shipped to us
We complete the mandatory treatments and paperwork to allow entry to your state
We package your plants and send them to you
How much does it cost?
Plant Concierge is $35 per plant, plus shipping
Shipping for up to 10 plants [based on 500g per plant]
TAS $25
WA & NT $35
Size limits
Our boxes are made to ship 10cm pots and plants under 50cm tall.
Please note that if you would like concierge for plants they will need to fit in our existing boxes.

For customers in TAS
Tasmania is the easiest state for us to send to, we are able to self assess the plants due to our certification and therefore we can send more regularly.
The shipping price includes bio security treatment, inspection and feess
Above 5kg the rates will change to the Australia Post calculated rates
We ship orders to Tasmania once per week, usually on a Monday.
For customers in Quarantine states is essential to check with your local Bio Security office to ensure the plants you're ordering are permitted. This is the purchasers responsibility to check each plant PRIOR to ordering

For customers in NT
For all orders to the NT we're required to chemically treat the plants and we also must have them inspected by a Qld Bio Security Officer prior to shipping.
The inspection is charged at $250 per hour including travel time, this is why the price for shipping is higher than other states.
The shipping price includes bio security treatment, inspection and fees
Above 5kg the rates will change to the Australia Post calculated rates
We ship orders to Northern Territory once per month, usually on the Monday closest to the 15th of the month
For customers in Quarantine states is essential to check with your local Bio Security office to ensure the plants you're ordering are permitted. This is the purchasers responsibility to check each plant PRIOR to ordering

For customers in WA

This is the customers responsibility to check and it must be done prior to submitting the order.
Check the WAOL list, ONLY the plants on this list are permitted. If the plant is not on the WAOL, we cannot send it. Click here for the list
For all orders to WA we're required to chemically treat the plants and we also must have them inspected by a Qld Bio Security Officer prior to shipping. The plants also must be inspected again when they arrive into WA by a WA Bio Security Officer.
The inspection prior to shipping is charged at $250 per hour including travel time, and the inspection on arrival into WA is charged at $269 per hour, plus we pay for WA Biosecurity to check all paperwork at $58 per shipment.
This is why the price for shipping is higher than other states.
