How it works 📦

You buy a plant and have it shipped to us. 📬
We complete the mandatory treatments and paperwork to allow entry to your state. ✅
We package your plants and send them to you! 🚚

How much does it cost?

Concierge service for potted plants is $35 per plant, plus shipping.
For bulbs or corms, the fee is $5 each, plus shipping. A minimum concierge charge of $35 applies, so we recommend sending at least 7 bulbs/corms to make it worthwhile.

Plant Concierge Service Terms & Conditions

Size Limits:

Our boxes are designed to safely ship plants in 75mm pots and up to 40cm in total height. If you’re using our Concierge Service, please keep these size guidelines in mind when choosing plants to send to us.

75mm pots are strongly recommended as they make the best use of the available space, allowing us to fit more plants into each box and help keep your shipping costs as low as possible.

We can also accommodate pots up to 140mm, so larger pots are absolutely welcome. Just keep in mind that they take up considerably more room, which may mean additional boxes are required and extra shipping charges may apply. The maximum plant height remains 40cm, regardless of pot size.

For the best value and easiest packing, we recommend choosing plants in 75mm pots wherever possible.

We’ll always do our best to safely pack and forward the plants you send us. However, plants that are larger than our box limits may not be able to be shipped, so please double-check sizing before purchasing. If something arrives that simply cannot fit within our shipping requirements, we may be unable to forward it and, where no suitable alternative can be arranged, it may need to be disposed of.

For customers in TAS

Tasmania is the easiest state for us to send to. We can self-assess the plants due to our certification, which means we can send more frequently!

The shipping price includes biosecurity treatment, inspection, and fees.
We ship orders to Tasmania fortnightly, check the dates here

It’s your responsibility to check with your local Biosecurity office to make sure the plants you're ordering are permitted.

For customers in NT

For all orders to the NT, plants are required to be chemically treated, and we must have them inspected by a Queensland Biosecurity Officer prior to shipping.

The shipping price includes biosecurity treatment, inspection, and fees.
We ship orders to the Northern Territory fortnightly, check the dates here

It’s your responsibility to check with your local Biosecurity office to ensure the plants you're ordering are permitted.

For customers in WA

🚨 WA Customers – Read Carefully! 🚨
You must check the WAOL (Western Australia Organism List) before ordering. If a plant is not on this list, we cannot send it.

For all orders to WA, we’re required to chemically treat the plants, and they must be inspected by both a Queensland Biosecurity Officer and a WA Biosecurity Officer.
