Monstera Adansonii Variegated Mint / Mottled – Indonesian Form
Monstera adansonii Variegated Mint / Mottled is a stunning collector aroid prized for its intricate marbling of mint green, cream and deep green across beautifully fenestrated foliage. Often referred to in cultivation as the Indonesian Form, this distinctive variegated Monstera produces elongated leaves with irregular splashes, speckles and streaks of colour, giving every leaf its own unique pattern. Its elegant climbing habit and exceptional foliage make it a standout addition to any rare plant collection.
Why You’ll Love It ✔️
✔️ Appearance – Beautifully fenestrated leaves feature intricate mint, cream and green marbling, with unique mottled patterns that vary from leaf to leaf.
✔️ Growing Appeal – A climbing tropical aroid that thrives in warm, humid conditions and can develop larger, more impressive foliage when provided with vertical support.
✔️ Point of Difference – This Indonesian Form is prized for its fine, irregular mint and cream mottling, creating a beautifully detailed appearance that sets it apart from standard green and other variegated forms of Monstera adansonii.
Care Tips
🌞 Light: Bright indirect light is ideal. Good light helps support healthy variegated growth, but protect from harsh direct afternoon sun, which can scorch the lighter sections of the foliage.
💧 Water: Water when the upper portion of the potting mix begins to dry. Keep lightly moist during active growth while avoiding constantly saturated conditions.
💦 Humidity: Prefers moderate to high humidity. A humidifier can be beneficial in dry indoor environments.
🌡 Temperature: Ideally 18–30°C. Protect from cold temperatures, sudden temperature changes and cool drafts.
🌱 Soil: Use a loose, chunky and well-draining mix containing coco coir, coco chip & perlite to provide good moisture balance and root aeration.
🪴 Support: Provide a moss pole, climbing board or trellis to encourage vertical growth and the development of larger, more mature foliage.
🌿 Fertiliser: Controlled-release fertiliser is already added to the potting mix. A balanced liquid fertiliser can be applied occasionally during active growth.
🚫 Toxicity: Contains insoluble calcium oxalate crystals and is considered toxic if chewed or ingested by pets or children. Keep out of reach.

We get a lot of questions about how our shipping works, so here’s a simple breakdown 🌿📦
Our shipping rates are charged per box, with each box able to fit up to 8 × 75mm potted plants.
As a general guide:
• 75mm pots make the best use of space, with up to 8 plants fitting in one box
• 100mm pots take up more space, so a box will usually fit around 3 plants depending on their size and shape
If your order requires more than one box, the website will automatically add the additional shipping charge.
For example:
• Up to 8 × 75mm plants = 1 box
• Larger 100mm plants use more box space and may reduce the total number of plants that fit in each box
